Tools For The Teenage Years (Miami Version)
Home / Tools For The Teenage Years (Miami Version)

Are you looking for camaraderie, support, and advice on parenting teens?
This group offers Moms a safe, comfortable space in which to enhance their parenting tool kit while developing connections with other, like-minded Moms—all under the guidance of a caring professional.

Here are three questions that will guide our conversations as we discuss the challenging teenage years:
- How can we regulate our own emotions as parents?
- How can we better connect with our adolescents?
- How can we learn to coach and influence rather than attempt to control our teens?
